Why should entrepreneurs seek good advice? There�s a lot to learn when starting a business venture. And, once you�re in business there are always ways to improve operations. Having an experienced business person as a mentor or sounding board can be very helpful for a small business owner.

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR COUNSELING, no matter how many sessions you require. Each session will last about one hour. We will continue to be interested in your progress, so follow-on sessions are encouraged. In addition to being free, all SCORE counseling is confidential.

The SCORE office is located in the Chamber & Tourism Alliance Building, 421 N. Boundary St. in Williamsburg. Counselors can also meet with small business owners at your location as well, depending on the counselors scheduling commitments.
